How to get the most out of the Program:

 

 

Step 1 –

 

Study!  Yep – get to reading.  Go through the material and learn!  Adopt the attitude of a learner.

 

 

Step 2 – 

 

Set some aggressive goals to do some work with the soccer ball.

 

 

Step 3 – 

 

Watch the skills videos.  Go out on your own – yes individually – and practice the moves.  You are now a Champion in Training!!!

 

 

Step 4 – 

 

Put your new knowledge and skills into your play at practice and games.
